I ordered the Cleveland Sofa, Hayes Chair and Kennedy Rocker for my living room. I could't be more pleased with this combination - it looks great! And the service provided by Crystal and the Thrive team is world class.

Our house is a showroom of vintage furniture including several sectional sofas and lounge chairs that we have lovingly restored to original condition using period-appropriate upholstery fabrics. After deciding to purchase new furniture for our living room, we began to consider whether to find and restore old pieces or find new pieces with Eames-era style that would pass for vintage. We could not believe it when we stumbled across Thrive.

We ordered swatches and spent some time looking at the choices online for a sofa and a pair of chairs. We thought we had made our decisions, but since the factory is only a couple of hour away, we decided to check it out in person. That turned out to be a good idea. Even though there's no formal showroom in the factory, they did happen to have several pieces on display and others rolling off the production line. Seeing the furniture in person and sitting on it really made a difference. After mulling the options, we decided on the fabulous Cleveland sofa in an oatmeal color frieze fabric and two similarly button-tufted Tyler chairs in black frieze fabric, all with blonde wood legs to coordinate with other vintage pieces in our Heywood Wakefield-filled home. Gifty and Josh were both very helpful with the furniture and fabric selection and even agreed to honor a coupon that had expired a few days earlier.

A week and a half later, we were surprised and thrilled when Gifty called to let us know the furniture was ready! We didn't hear from the shipping company for days, so we called Thrive to ask them to help coordinate the delivery. With some help from Gifty, we ended up speaking directly with the head of the shipping company to schedule delivery, and he delivered himself. The three items were all well-packed in sturdy boxes and wrapped in heavy plastic. The shipper unloaded them to our driveway, and my husband and unpacked them and carried them in the house. There are only a few steps down from the sidewalk to our front door, and we have a very wide front and then only a few steps down into the living room, so aside from angling the sofa correctly, it was relatively easy. If you have narrow hallways and doors and/or a lot of steps, you may want to consider hiring some local brawn or purchasing the white glove delivery.

Our new living room is FABULOUS! The Thrive furniture is beautiful, super comfortable, well made and indistinguishable from the vintage pieces throughout our home. The Cleveland sofa is as comfortable as it is classic. The wide Tyler chairs (and I mean wide enough for two) are cozy and divine - just what we were hoping to find. We're already making plans for our next Thrive purchase!

Probably the best purchase I've made all year. This is not something you'll find at a regular furniture store. The style is awesome and it arrived right on time. I love this sofa! Thank you ! thank you! thank you!
