Standard Curbside: Our standard and more basic delivery method takes 4-5 after the production of your furniture is completed. Your order will be delivered to your threshold (doorstep or lobby), so is most ideal for ground-level homes and apartments
White Glove Delivery: Is an additional add-on option that includes in-home delivery to the room of your choice, making it ideal for those in upper-floor apartments. This method also includes any removal of all packaging waste. White Glove Delivery is an additional fee of $196 on top of the standard curbside shipping cost. Some restrictions apply
I ordered a McKinley table during the Labor Day sale with anticipated 12 week delivery. I emailed (received no reply) and called on 10/4/13 to cancel the order. Was promised my credit card would be refunded, but it might take 7 or so days. A week later, on 10/11, there was no refund on my credit card and I received notification that the table has shipped. Called again. Apologizes for the mixup and promised that it would be cancelled, credit card refunded, and table recalled from the shipper. And wouldn't you know it? None of those things happened. I checked the tracking on the shipment on 10/20 and noticed that it was on its way to me (and my credit card had still not been refunded). Called Thrive AGAIN on 10/21. More apologizes and a promise from someone to call me back in several hours to let me know the shipment had been cancelled. No one called me back, of course. I called the shipping company myself today (10/22), since it appears Thrive customer service can't follow up on anything. At least the shipping company finally has notice to send the table back to Thrive. If my credit card isn't refunded in several days, I'll take that up with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
