We offer a 365-Day Return Policy just in case you don't love how your purchase works in your personal space. You simply ship it back to us within one year and you'll get a refund. If you return it within 7 days of purchase, we'll pay for the return shipping too!
Shipping is always free within the continental United States, no matter how large your order may be. Our primary goal is to get your order to you safe, sound, and on-time.
If for any reason you have to send a product back to us, and it's within 7 days of receiving it, we don't think you should have to pay for it. So you don't. See Details.

You can simply call our office and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you. You can also place an order through our website.

How fast will my swatches arrive?
Most swatches will get to you in 1-3 days. If you need to expedite this, call our office at 1-888-338-1445 and we will work with you to expedite your samples.

Do you expedite production or shipping for designers?
We take pride in the outstanding lead times we offer on our custom products. Due to the efficiencies we have created, we cannot expedite production for special order or custom products. Call us and we can help you determine the timing of your order, as well as help manage your order after it is placed.
