Free Shipping

Shipping is ALWAYS FREE within the continental United States. Our goal is to ship your product in the safest manner possible while ensuring prompt delivery. We have developed relationships with a variety of carriers specializing in many different kinds of merchandise. For shipments under 50 lbs., we usually use either UPS or FedEx to send your products. For shipments larger than 50 lbs., often we use carriers such as Home Direct or Sun Delivery as they specialize in handling larger merchandise safely. Shipping Costs:

Free shipping applies to all products regardless of the quantity being shipped to a location within the 48 states. Shipping to locations outside of the contigous 48 states will be determined for each individual situation.

Shipping Methods:

Most orders are shipped via prepaid truck freight; this method provides the fastest mode of transport for our poducts. Smaller products ususlly ship via UPS or FedEx. We use a wide variety of carriers to provide timely affordable service to you, the customer.

Shipping Time:

Most orders are shipped out within 21 business days and take between 7-14 days in transit depending where in the country the order is shipped to.  Stock items generally ship the next business day, and special order items ship out within three weeks from the day you place your order.

Tracking:

Once your order has left our Los Angeles Factory, you will receive an email containing the carrier's name and tracking number associated with your order.

We will email all your tracking information immediately upon shipping your order. If there is any delay in shipping your order we will call or email you with a status report.
