We offer a 365-Day Return Policy just in case you don't love how your purchase works in your personal space. You simply ship it back to us within one year and you'll get a refund. If you return it within 7 days of purchase, we'll pay for the return shipping too!
Shipping is always free within the continental United States, no matter how large your order may be. Our primary goal is to get your order to you safe, sound, and on-time.

Delivery Information
Standard Curbside (Free): This product is delivered for free via our professional and reputable logistics partner. Thrive Home Furnishings will provide you with a tracking number for this item upon dispatch. Once your item arrives at a local facility for delivery, our logistics partner will contact you by date of delivery. Item will be delivered to the threshold (doorstep or lobby) of your delivery address.
Inside Delivery: This piece is eligible for our Inside Delivery service. Inside Delivery includes in-home delivery to the floor and room of your choice making it ideal for those in upper floor apartments. Inside Delivery also includes removal of all waste packaging. Inside Delivery service is charged $300 for a single item and $500 for multiple items. Delivery can be arranged on the checkout page. Some restrictions apply

Me and my family decided to go with Thrive after months of research. We have several of pieces from Restoration Hardware and when it was time to buy a sofa we were at a final mind set to go ahead with the purchase of “Restoration Hardware’s “ Maxwell. We live in Houston Texas and now only have one flagship store. We went to the store and had decided that no matter what this sofa cost, we have been coveting it for at least 8 years, it was time. I took off early from work to run home to gather my family to have them with me in the final stages of the purchase. From the time me and my family entered the facility we were totally ignored. We proceeded to the upper floors where the sofa was located. Once we located the display we all sat down for the final test drive. When we got up from sitting a while the display attendant rushed to fluff the pillows as if we were being an inconvenience. At that moment I decided that we could not purchase anything from this company. I saw THRIVE online and requested leather sample of the Grant in Brompton brown. Once we seen the samples and with all the incentives they offered we could not loose. My family has been treated from day 1 with some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Once the sofa arrived we could not believe what we saw. It is the exact same sofa we had been wanting from Restoration Hardware. But for about half the price. CRAZY! My family and I could not be happier. We are recommending to everyone we know. Thank you from all of my family!
I purchased the Grant Sofa in Brompton Brown leather and it was delivered on time. I wasn't sure what to expect, not having seen the sofa in person, but felt reassured by the fantastic return policy. To my pleasant surprise, it was exactly what I expected. Forget the other retailers! I highly recommend buying from Thrive. The sofa is big, but I was able to navigate it up two levels of my house with a couple friends (I didn't get the inside delivery). It looks and feels high quality. Stitching and construction seems rock solid. I have already recommended Thrive to my mother!
Just purchased and recieved the Grant Sofa in Brompton Brown Leather and it is top notch. Don’t waste your money on the Maxwell sofa. I have spent a lot of time sitting on the Maxwell and I can assure you this sofa from Thrive is just as good. I would reccomend to anyone.
I was hoping to read more reviews on this Sofa before I purchased so I feel it's necessary to provide feedback on the outstanding quality. I have had the sofa for two weeks and I can't imagine it being any better. I would reccomend not wasting your money on the similar sofa from the competition as this sofa is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
