We offer a 365-Day Return Policy just in case you don't love how your purchase works in your personal space. You simply ship it back to us within one year and you'll get a refund. If you return it within 7 days of purchase, we'll pay for the return shipping too!
Shipping is always free within the continental United States, no matter how large your order may be. Our primary goal is to get your order to you safe, sound, and on-time.
If for any reason you have to send a product back to us, and it's within 7 days of receiving it, we don't think you should have to pay for it. So you don't. See Details.

We at Thrive happen to think the process of putting together a sofa (or a table, chair, credenza, etc.) is pretty amazing, and something most people know very little about or have the opportunity to see.
Enter "Build Updates." Since every piece of furniture we make is custom built, we’re taking advantage of the opportunity to show you step-by-step photos of your order coming to life! We’ll shoot you an email to let you know about the progress of your order, from the time the order is processed to the time it leaves our facility to be delivered.
And as ever, if you don’t want us to email you these updates -- perhaps you’d rather just be suprised? Or you just get too many emails as it is -- you can always opt out.
