Terms and Conditions:

We have a 30-day money back guarantee; You have up to 30 days after receiving your product to return it. After 30 days we will not except any returns, all returns must have RMA number.  This revised Return Policy supersedes all previous Return Policies. Below are the terms and conditions.


Sofas, Love Seats, Ottmans and Chairs

We are very sorry, whenever a customer does not just love our product. In the rare event you do wish to return your Thrive product we will assist you with that.  All of our upholstered furniture is custom made to your specifications, therefore we must charge a 45% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges. Freight, shipping, or white glove services will not be credited back. Please call customer care for more details and to obtain an RMA number for a return. (424) 244-2134.


Wood Credenzas, Desks Bookcases, and Tables.

We are very sorry, whenever a customer does not just love our product. In the rare event you do wish to return your Thrive product we will assist you with that.  All of our wood furniture is made to order due to the high costs of real woods, and extensive labor that goes into each piece, therefore we must charge a 35% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges. Freight, shipping, or white glove services will not be credited back. Please call customer care for more details and to obtain an RMA number for a return. (424) 244-2134.


Customer’s Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibilities to make sure your furniture, will fit when it arrives. Customer is responsible, before ordering, to measure doorways spaces, elevator’s cabins and stairways.  Color matching and wood grains vary from computer to computer and they also vary in real life. We use real woods, which naturally vary.  Please visit our store before ordering if possible, if you are out of the area we offer free fabric samples and wood samples. We will overnight them for you, please call sales at 888-338-1445.

 

Cancellations

In the event you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before it is shipped, there will be a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. Customers must call within no more than 24 hours after their initial purchase in the event you want to change the fabric or leather for your furniture. We get started producing your custom furniture within days of your order so we need to know of any changes immediately.

 

Returned Items

Within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a credit to your credit card or PayPal account minus the stocking fee of 45% for Sofas, Chairs, Loveseats and Ottomans and/or 35% for Credenzas, Desks, Bookcases or Tables. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear on your account.

  • Damaged or excessively used items will not be accepted for return.

  • White Glove services are not refundable.  

  • Any and all clearance or marked items are as is, all sales are final, we will not repair or warranty them.

  • No merchandise may be returned to Thrive Home Furnishings without prior written consent. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the shipper via collect freight.  Return authorization is required on any all returns.
