We offer a 365-Day Return Policy just in case you don't love how your purchase works in your personal space. You simply ship it back to us within one year and you'll get a refund. If you return it within 7 days of purchase, we'll pay for the return shipping too!

A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.
We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep when your signature is obtained.
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. We also require a daytime phone number for shipping purposes.
We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam with additional freight charges.
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. Just call a sales consultant before you submit your order, and we will arrange a Saturday delivery for you for an additional charge. Depending on how recently you submitted your order, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery after you submit your order as well. FedEx Saturday service, available in the vast majority of U.S. cities, is subject to availability. Check with your sales consultant.
